Forge download url not found all the mods

I tried to download pixelmon and it also froze at 42% but eventually got past it, so it's possible that whatever is being loaded up at 42% is too difficult for your computer. so try to download a simple mod so you can figure out if it's a download thing or an issue with big modpacks being hard on your computer.
